Implement strategy to achieve volume and revenue growth by recruiting and retaining Customers in assigned
area. Negotiate Trade Agreements to maintain targeted Gross Margin. You will be responsible for payment
collection, rectify problem situations/ short payments, coordinate with Finance & Marketing to issue Marketing

factory, catering service …) Responsible for sales targets in the region assigned. Take care of customers, build
and develop relationships with important customers. Summarize the sales performance of each customer,
suggest appropriate sales policies to maximize sales. Ensuring sales of HORECA channel according to the
monthly KPI criteria (bonus sales, new customer exploitation targets).
