○ Asia Exotica Travel Agent

• Hành chính và chăm sóc khách hàng
• Greet clients and partners of company
• Record information, tasks checklist and briefing contents of weekly meeting to whole staffs
• Order stationary or any facility under Manager’s requirements
• Follow up working time schedule of staffs and report to HR Dept monthly
• Manage and store documents relates to Sales Dept, Operation Dept and staffs’ individual documents
