➢ Manage all workshop
activities

➢ Work closely with RnD to create the SOP and training for all Subordinate.
➢ Working together with QA to set training time for each process and approve for all Operator.
➢ Ensuring product quality and timely product delivery of the Factory.
➢ Organize production according to the requirements of the production plan.
➢ Recruitment, training and implement 5S, KAIZEN, LEAN to improve process, yield and
productivity.

➢ Check all material for plan 03 days (Check before implement the plan)
➢ Working with Technical Dept. to improve the process.
➢ Approve Operator.
➢ Working with QA to investigate the root cause to define the solution to solve the problem on
the Line
➢ Make the task list (daily, Weekly, Monthly) for Shift Controller, Sub Leader
and Supporter.
➢ Random check method of OP and asking about the Quality and Materials using, make sure
OP follow SOP.
➢ Implement counting for all Lines.
➢ Make the Daily Production report (Productivity, Output, Yield)
