MAY 2017 – PRESENT – Managing customer relationship as well as post purchase
service and seeking potential customers.
– Finding opportunities to expand market by directly promoting
demo products from new suppliers to clients via multiple channels
eg. conferences, customer database.
– Performing import formalities, customs declaration, duty-paying
on foreign shipments. Assisting foreign suppliers to carry out
business registration procedures for new products in Vietnam.
– Taking responsibility for learning new techniques/ insights from
third party suppliers and consulting products for clients as a
Technical Sale and Support Executive.
– Executing bid package “Materials Catalogue” of PetroVietNam
Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation as a Program Executive from
Avenue JSC Company- a Business Solution Company from May
2017 to May 2018.

“Supplying Industrial Chemicals for Nhon Trach Thermal Power
Plant” of PetroVietnam Power Corporation from May 2017 to

suppliers and handling costs eg. transportation cost to ensure the

– Liasing between clients and suppliers on price and trading;
conducting administrative tasks as well as technical assistance

to company’s database.

perishable or hazardous nature of goods, cost, transit time and
security.
– Tracking HS- code for imported- exported goods.
– Receving Purchase Order, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading ,
Certificate of Origin and other documents from clients and
performing customs declaration, duty-paying, delivery order
picking,
– Solving problems of imported or exported process. Negotiating
with customs, ensuring the picking time of goods.
– Arranging appropriate packing, taking into account the climate,
terrain, weight, cost and nature of goods and also the delivery
and warehousing of goods at their final destination.
– Negotiating contracts, transportation and handling costs.
– Utilising e-commerce, internet technology and satellite systems
to enable real-time tracking of goods.
– Maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation, political
situations and other factors that could affect the movement of
freight.
