**Working Experience**

**MOTIVES VIET NAM** (May 2017 – June 2020)
**Position:** Senior Merchandiser
**Responsibilities:**
– **Planning**
– Working with Sale team in UK about Garment plan, Garment contract then send this to relative Departments and factory for checking before production.
– **Developing**
– Working and dealing with suppliers about full information fabric and trims to get the best price/short lead time/good quality that meet customer’s specific standard.
– Coordinate with Technical, QA team to meet standards and ensure the right commercial decisions.
– Check production status and calculate to make timeline for all materials that ensure catch sample delivery date/garment delivery date.
– Contact third party to make the base testing for materials based on customer’s standard.
– Approve shipping sample based on customer’s standard for trimming only and work with Buyer for final fabric approval.
– Self-sourcing new materials for new season that suitable trending, prepare and arrange document for meeting with Buyer.
– **Production**
– Balancing and booking materials/follow up shipment.
– Always update the news from logistic service and tracking and follow up shipment.
– Controlling & solving all problems related to order’s progress.
– Make payment suggestion to accounting and follow payment for materials order.
– Controlling inventory to ensure that is minimum, find the best way to clear up this to avoid the wastage.
– Work closely with QC/QA team/Merchandiser at factory during producing.
– Coordinate well with all departments & factories to solve problem in production, complaints from customers, ensure smooth production and manufacturing process.
– **Payment**
– Follow up and make recording payment fabric with Buyer.
– Always research and find out the best way to save cost for team and company.
– Other work from manager.

**DINSEN GROUP** (March 2014 – March 2017)
**Position:** Internship and Merchandiser
**Responsibilities:**
– Receiving tech pack from Buyer then developing sample.
– Making BOM and sending to other departments/factories to proceed sample.
– Place sample order based on tech pack and specification from Buyer.
– Coordinate with sample room/technical room/pattern room to ensure sample sent on time.
– Work directly with buyer about pattern, measurement, construction, materials, artwork for all stages of developing sample.
– Follow up the status of sample at each stage.
– Checking and sending sample to Buyer for approval.
– Make the testing report for material based on customer’s standard to ensure that production proceeds smoothly.
– Receive comments from buyer and suggest solutions to improve.
– Suggest the best way to improve garment quality, garment cost to get the highest effective production.
