– **Supply Chain**
+ **Planning:**
++ Follow SO and prepare production plan;
++ Evaluate sales volume (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

**Main Responsibility:**
– **Demand Planning:**
+ Issue new production code with suitable categories;
+ Restructure forecasting model (safety stock, re-order point, …) based on goods characteristics (Machine and material), strategy (make to order and make to stock), lead times (7 – 150 days), MOQ, seasonal adjustment, …;
+ Cooperate with Sales Department to finalize forecast (weekly, monthly);
+ Forecast measurement (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
– **Purchase:**
+ Sourcing product/supplier based on Purchase request and negotiate price;
+ Evaluate supplier (yearly);
+ Maintain relationship with supplier.
– **Import-export:**
+ Sourcing 3PL services (freight, trucking, insurance);
+ Monitor delivery schedule of shipments;
+ Customs clearance.
– **Warehouse:**
+ Maintain operation of warehouse (more than 3,000 items);
+ Maintain inventory conditions;
+ Periodic tally;
+ Apply QR code to control goods in warehouse.
– **Inland Transportation:**
+ Arrange delivery schedule from D.C to customer;
+ Transfer goods between internal warehouse;
+ Maintain condition of vehicle.
– **Management:**
+ Manage activities and evaluate KPI of Supply chain Team (11 persons);
+ Manage the cost of Department, build up yearly budget and review quarterly;
+ Organize S&OP, balance demand and supply.
– **Other Task:**
+ Handle legal part and take responsibility for all commercial contracts of company;
+ Participate in DC Team for ERP Project (Odoo – an open ERP), handle all modules which related to Supply Chain process.
