– Brand Management:

– Following up all periods related to Production schedule (order details, shipment tracking).
– Tracking the critical path and ensuring customers are sending FIT, PP, TOP comments in the required time frame.
– Checking daily production reports about cutting/sewing and line schedules from each factory.
– Getting inspection schedules for shipments from factories and notifying inspectors.
– Requesting Mini marker, Pattern – Helping to solve any problems related to basic spec, grading spec, shortage/overage quantity, any delays or changes in shipment date, as well as fail inspection reports and communicating resolution to the buyer.
– Attending meetings with buyers or inspectors.
– Completing on-time shipment status weekly report and order recap report.
– Other tasks as assigned from Manager.

2. WAREHOUSE SALES OPERATION STAFF – SAMSUNG SDS (11/2017 – 2/2019)
– WH Billing (Main Task):
– Profit & Loss WH logistics cost control.
– Collected billing documents for warehouse’s supplier service & calculated payment amounts.
