• Purchasing & Sales Supervisor
• Check and make order based on SAP system
• Send PO to the suppliers and control delivery process
• Find and choose vendors for new materials
• Request quotations and negotiate prices
• Report to GM about the Purchasing Section result
○ Sumi
• Purchasing Senior Staff
• Receive Purchase Requests and distribute to staff
• Manage purchasing processes and vendor selection
• Issue PO and payment requests
• Ensure quality of purchased goods and resolve issues
• Control documents according to ISO standards
