– **General Affair:**
– Acts as primary receptionist for the administrative offices, which includes answering and routing incoming calls and greeting walk-in customers and visitors. Timesheet and access management for all staff.
– Tracks and maintains multiple database information: employees’ personal information, company’s business documents, business contracts, insurance contracts (PAI, PLI, etc.), and so on.
