+ Working with HQ on developing samples, making costing. Ensure samples meet customer’s requirements and
all costing for product is accurate and achieve the set profitability targets. + Managing and supervising the team to
ensure the fabrics and trims eta on time according to production schedule and to meet the garment delivery. +
Sourcing suppliers of fabrics and trims. Placing and following the fabrics and trims orders status to make sure all
will be delivered on time to catch the production schedule. + Working with factories on capacity reservation and
working with planning department to monitor planning board and order confirmation. Checking and following the
production plan, shipment schedule basing on customer’s requirement and fabrics and trims status as well. +
Managing factories relationship. + Contacting with QA department to ensure the quality inline, enline, final
inspection before shipment. + Contacting with Exim department for shipment ready. + Contacting with HQ for
receiving PO, documents. Report to HQ all status from developing sample to garment shipped out. + Attending
meeting with customers, suppliers, factories.
