October 2009 :
Internship in UNIQLO CO. LTD. (Rep. office in Vietnam) – Merchandiser
– Visit the cooperating factory to keeping track of the orders, to ensure that a manufactured product or
performed service meet set of quality criteria or the requirements of Uniqlo.
– Daily report to the Japanese / Vietnamese Team Leader.

March 2010 – April 2015 :
ANGEL VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY – Export / Import Executive
Angel Vietnam Joint Stock Company is a 100% foreign investment company whose headquarter is in Korea.
This company deals with baby care products such as feeding bottles, silicone nipples, baby cosmetics… with
a factory in Dong Nai Province and Rep. office in Ho Chi Minh City.
Material / Machine Procurement
– Search for suppliers, making comparison among suppliers.
– Contact & negotiate with suppliers on trading terms.
– Follow process of sending purchasing orders and receiving order confirmations.
– Prepare and check the contents of the Sales Contract
– Follow up the shipment delivery of suppliers.
Export / Import Issues
– Prepare documents for export / import procedure (Sales Contract, Packing list, Invoice, B/L, CO…).
– Contact & negotiate with several shipping lines, forwarding companies to evaluate their services.
– Contact the insurance companies to get the best quotation.
– Follow up the customs clearance status.
– Manage forwarder services to do the customs clearance on time and reduce downtime during this
process.
– Update regulations of the Government.
– Follow up the payment with the suppliers & buyers.
Achievement
My significant achievement in Angel Vietnam JSC was joining in the Project which took more than 1 year to
finish :
Launching new product – Baby Wet Wipe
– Take part in meetings on Baby Wet Wipe from planning until products were launched.
– Study on Wet wipe production process and main material – nonwoven fabric, disseminate information for
technicians.
– Search for manufacturers of wet wipe production line, contact and negotiate with oversea manufacturers
via emails and telephones about machine specifications, quotations … until the contract was signed.
– Search for suppliers of non-woven fabric, business travel to China with the Vice President to meet and
negotiate with Chinese manufacturers.
– Follow up the after sales service after the set of wet wipe machine was successfully established at factory.
  
April 2015 – June 2016 :
In order to concentrate on studying Japanese, I decided to quit the
current job in Angel Vietnam Joint Stock Company to join in Japanese
Courses at Dong Du Japanese Language School.

Teijin Frontier Vietnam Co., Ltd is a 100% Japanese investment company specializing in garments and
accessories industry.
– Follow the orders to ensure the production, product quality, shipment delivery … meet the customer’s
requirements.
– Translate the Instruction sheets from Japanese to Vietnamese.
– Travel to the factories for production inspection every week by company’s car.
– Contact the Japanese side by emails or phones for solving problems that occur during production
(mainly by Japanese)
– Translate & interpret from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa between factories in Vietnam and
customers in Japan.

The Representative Office of Konica Minolta Business Technologies Manufacturing (HK) Limited in HCM City
is branch of Konica Minolta Hong Kong, specializing in manufacturing printer options and exporting to
several destinations all over the world.
Production Control & Export Control
– Responsible for all issues related to Production & Export of Finished Goods at factories in Vietnam.
– Connection between Production Control Department in Japan and factories in Vietnam.
– Discuss with factories in Vietnam to control / adjust the production plan & delivery schedule.
– Ensure the finished goods to be delivered on time & as customer’s requirement.
– Cooperate with related departments to solve arising issues.
– Join weekly meeting (TV meeting via video call) with Production Control Department in Japan Head
Office regarding the Production & Shipment Issues (main PIC).
Oversea Part Arrangement Control
– Discuss with oversea suppliers to adjust the part delivery schedule in order to meet the production plan.
– Cooperate with factories & QA Department to deal with NG parts (regarding part quality & part
arrangement) to avoid causing shortage for production.
New Project Development
– Receive new project information from Japan Head Office, translate from Japanese into English /
Vietnamese and share to all departments.
– Cooperate with all related departments to prepare the overall schedule & closely follow up from
Pre-Production until the Mass Production successfully starts.
– Overall control and remind PICs to finish tasks to achieve the project timeline.
– Join weekly meeting with Japan Head Office on the new project.
Translation / Interpretation Support
– Support to translate technical documents & interpret in TV meetings between Hochiminh office and Japan
Head Office (TV meeting on technical issues).
– On-site Japanese-English / Japanese-Vietnamese interpret for Japanese specialists on business trip to
