○ Prettl Automotive

• Assure communication with Automotive Customers by being their key interface for Quality, Delivery and Service
• Creation and alignment of the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) follow AIAG and Customer requirement
• Supplier Management: PPAP, engineering changes, quality issue, quality agreement Manage international production part suppliers in regards to quality concerns and change implementation until Customer approval
• Problem solving and co-ordinate all other reconciliations with Customers
• Project management: APQP, contract review, document, working standard, reliability, quality agreement, feasibility commitment and leading for conference call with Customer, tryout until SOP
• Established quality assurance plan for new Project
• Manage Customer standards/requirement and take training for other Departments related
• Measurement system control: Purchase equipment, calibration and MSA
• Fixture & gauge concept and capability validation
• Co-operate with Global CFT (Head Quarter and Sister Plants) to handle issue with Customers, meeting and lesson learned
• Customer portal: Update document, follow-up performance rating
• Drawing management and clarification of engineering changes before changes applied
• Prepare for all Customers audit, Certification/surveillance audit
• Manage QMS according to IATF16949: 2016: Establish, maintain and revise Manual, Procedures, Management review, KPI monitoring
• Change management: From Development phase to SOP with Customers
• Internal audit: Product audit, system audit, layout inspection (re-qualification)
• Control shipment (Outgoing) inspection
• Control Quality portal, report making and sharing
• Coordination of cross-functional teams to achieve quality and program objectives

• Establish and maintain Quality and Environmental documentation according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001: Manual, procedures
• Monitor, control & improve implementation of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 activities
• Established and implement the Environmental Policy, Quality Policy, Objectives and targets
• Corrective action taken after Certification/Surveillance audit or Customer audit
• Management review report for QEMS
• Conduct internal audit for QEMS
