– Control, supervise and support sub-contractor to finish structure, MEP, architect works
properly, achieve target and comply with safety requirements.
– Distribute, manage logistic at site to ensure safety, working purpose.
– Liaise, coordinate between supplier (e.g. concrete, rebar, mobile crane, machineries,
hardener, material..) and sub-contractor, safety, MEP, structure, surveyor, operator,
workers to make work smoothly and avoid any obstructions.
