– Job Description:
1. Manage Process:
– Control about 80 workers
– Make production schedule, shift planning, control overtime, monitor KPIs daily, and ensure volume in the production schedule.
– Control points in the process to increase productivity, reduce material loss, and monitor machine status and infrastructure.
– Train workers on safety, process, and system.
– Report, order, and monitor yield & loss of materials monthly. Check and approve all manufacturing reports.
2. Manage and Update System:
– Build and update systems: ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001
