**Key Account Executive**
– Work with related parties (customers, shipping lines/airlines, agents, warehouses, co-loaders, etc.) to import/export shipments.
– Release Deliver Order to customers.
– Follow up and update customers on customs clearance and tax payment process.
– Receive new shipments from sale department and agents.
– Contact with customers to get shipment’s confirmation and detail (Shipper, Consignee, Port/Airport of Departure, Port/Airport of Destination, ETD, ETA, etc.)
– Contact with shipping lines/co-loaders to get Booking Confirmation.
– Create draft BL/Airway bill on company system.
– Get customer’s confirmation on draft bill.
