• QC Assistant Manager
• Audit Vendor: QSA, QPA
• Controlling ISO: 9001, 14001
• Level up quality of suppliers through activities
• Prepare document before customer take the QPA, QSA audit and deal with audit trip from them
• Investigate root cause of line issue and meeting with other department to issue permanence countermeasure
• Support manager in giving decision to improve quality of product

• QC Assistant Manager
• Manage QC team
• Controlling, training to skill up inspectors and issue solution to improve QC organization
• Controlling QC equipment and machine to ensure in good status
• Controlling reliability: Bending, X-cutting, Shock temp. test, Humidity test
• Controlling QC process, inspection standard
• Making SOP, check sheet follow customer requirement
• Audit (QSA, QPA) and patrol suppliers
• Giving fail report to supplier, receiving corrective action report with defect lots
• Making daily, weekly and monthly report to manager
• IQC senior staff
• Manage IQC group
• Analyze whole production process from raw material to final product
• Giving countermeasures for trouble and customers claim
• Making Inspection standards
• Training QC member: 5S, 7 QC tools, PDCA, 5W2H, teamwork

• Customer service: Reply customer’s mail, meeting
• Controlling quality documents
