HR OFFICER

– HR Data Management:
– Maintain up-to-date Human Resource Information System records by Oracle Application, personnel files, and company organization charts.
– Manage and file all records of office staff and operating staff systematically, fully, and keep such records updated regularly.

– Compensation and Benefit:
– Specify, manage, supervise Time and Attendance software (Kronos) including:
– Working Hours, Overtime, Time off: Sick leaves, Annual leaves, Unpaid leaves, Business Trip.
– Manage Timekeepers teams (10 employees) to ensure that Time and Attendance process works smoothly and minimizes issues.
– Receive feedback and resolve any questions related to salary miscalculation with C&B Supervisor.
– Follow up on sick leave and maternity leaves monthly and submit all documents for Insurance office, follow up and transfer back to employees.
– Register tax code and dependents code for employees with HTKK 8.3.2.
– Work with Outsourcing companies for temporary employees.
– Update and consult Human Resources policies, rules, procedures, and all forms related to HR service provided to meet the needs of the company’s business.
– Support on annual review process and relevant C&B procedures.

– Admin:
– Handle general translation related to Company profile, company policy, company procedures, notice to staff and IBOs related to their personal information communication, global announcement, and other information related to HR that need translation for effective communication purposes.

– HR Project:
– Employee Connect with the combination of 3 applications: Oracle, Kronos, and ADP.
– Work directly with Regional IT Manager and Regional Kronos Support Analysts to set up and customize the Kronos software according to Vietnam work rules, Labor law, and actual working conditions, building up pay rules, work rules, shift patterns, work templates, and fixing issues with foreign experts.
– Responsible for translating any training documents related.
– Be an internal trainer for any training session related to Kronos application for IDL and DL.

– Other:
– Other tasks assigned by General Director and HR Manager.

– Supervise the Time and Attendance system (TNA) for IDL and DL:
– Provide data for monthly payroll, PIT code registration, Paid Leave for IDL in an accurate and timely manner.
