● KINH NGHIỆM LÀM VIỆC
○ Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems (SWS) – Components Vietnam (SEWS-CV)
• Quality Assurance cum Visual Inspection
• Coordinate around 80 operators from two departments (Quality Assurance, Visual Inspection), including recruitment, training, resource allocation
• Ensure overtime workload of all operators not exceed regulations
• In charge of implementing safety tasks (make safety reports, investigate accidents inside and outside the company, assess risks of machineries and equipment) and quality tasks (internal audit, ISO audit) for the whole departments
• Build work instructions for new products based on inspection experience of released products and revise existing instructions as needed
○ Fushan Technology (Vietnam)
• Assembly Operation Intern
• Guide newcomers about activities performed in lines
• Prepare manufacturing instruction sheet (MIS) and warning process by video
• Investigate process improvement (5S, layout, equipment, quality) in Best line project
• Support to organize company’s events
