2. Position: Project Admin Team Leader
– Assist PM to issue design package to Aussie and NZ consultants during Resource Consent and Building Consent phase, chase consultants for reviewing output and relevant reports then forward to Design team for amending Design documentation comply to AS/NZS and Building Code.
– Assist PM to prepare work progress checklist, push the design teams and factory production team for baselines in the checklist.

2. Position: Project Secretary cum Contract Executive

– Filing and maintain all project document and correspondences, drawings, tender documents, contracts, reports, MOMs … which arising construction progress, tender invitation and selection, project management process, procurement, etc. ……. of all projects (both softcopy and hardcopy).

– To coordinate and exchange the project information between the head office and site office: transmitting outgoing and incoming documents, submit documents for BOD signatures, support Quantity Surveyors to prepare payment documents and submit to the Main Contractor and the Employer for their final approval.
– Interpreting on – site all surveys, acceptances, site walk… between the representatives of contractors/project management consultant/supervision consultants.
– Check, compare and translate project documents, contracts ….. at the request of the Board of Directors.

**EXPERIENCE ON PROJECT LEGAL**
– Coordinate to Submission Consultant to apply for Investment Licence from HCMC Dept of Investment and Planning.
– Liaise to pre-qualification shortlist of consultant to get approval of Master Planning of 1/2000, 1/1000 and 1/500 (for both township infrastructure and residential areas).
– Follow up with Basic Design submission for Final Approval and Construction Permit until it’s completely approved.
– Follow up with requirement from authority inspection during construction phase (Thu Thiem Management Board – District 2).
– Follow up with all As – Built procedures when project completed until handed over to District 2 for operation.
