**7/2017 – 7/2019:**
**Project Coordinator – Three Sixty Design – Interior**
– **Official Work:**
– Mainly responsible for coordinating stakeholders and ensuring quality and cost within approved schedule of projects, maintaining relationships with oriented customers.

– **Tasks:**
1. **Preparing for Construction Phase:**
– Develop the document control system for the project.
– Submit materials for clients’ approval and establish relationships with stakeholders.
– Make guarantees for the project (advance payment bonds, performance bonds, etc.) and buy project insurance.
– Support site construction, follow preliminary costs (including electricity, internet, temporary office, etc.).
– Assist project manager in making project schedule/planning, procurement, and purchasing.

2. **Construction Phase:**
– Follow design, materials specification, and BOQ, coordinate stakeholders and departments about design drawing, construction drawing, producing drawing, and control project process.
– Regularly supervise construction schedule, purchasing, and production schedule.
– Manage QA/QC tasks for all materials and finished products.
– Write reports, correspondences, maintain documents, and record with filing system.
– Assist manager in vendor relationship, dealing with complaints or issues with clients and stakeholders.
– Make project performance reports and control project documents in-out.
– Assist and motivate team members; solve internal problems if any conflicts arise.

3. **Close Out:**
– Send requests for inspection, organize tests on completion according to regulations, and take TOC from clients.
– Prepare and submit documents: as-built drawing, CO/CQ, test reports, summarize defects, problems, and make lessons learned for every department involved in the project.

**10/2016 – 7/2017:**
**Project Purchaser – Nem Furniture – Interior**
– Handle all activities of buying raw materials including import and local sourcing, managing suppliers in terms of cost, delivery, and quality.
– Handle search and work with sub-contractors for everything related to project concerns.
