[QA Executive – Taisei Electronics., Co Ltd – Phuc Dien IZ, Hai Duong]
• Training, coaching over 12 staff members on IQC tasks and making the inspection standards following the drawings of suppliers and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
• Controlled the raw materials with more than 5000 parts and 130 suppliers: investigated and issued the claim’s card and requested the corrective actions report and handled the stock.
• Following the internal and external audit of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949:2016 and periodically audit suppliers on site.
• Controlling the initial production following the requirement of customer: APQP, SPC, PPAP, MSA, FMEA.
○ Achievements:
• Setting up the IATF 16949 system; reduced the NG rate about 3% based on the knowledge of the material and finished goods structure and production method and reduced cost.

• Maintained the environmental management system and held the environmental meeting every month with 40 Japanese managers and 50 Vietnamese staff.
• Manage and promote electric saving activities: making and controlling KPI of electric saving in the whole company: reduced 1% electric consumption compared with sales amount.
• Managed the hazardous waste and chemicals under law and periodically sent the report to government agency and mother’s company: reduced 15% the environmental monitoring fee and waste management.
