Main Duties
✓ Manage daily production according to planning, in terms of quality and quantity.
✓ Create production schedules to adjust to industrial constraints and delivery time targets.
✓ Ensure recipes are applied and batch references of used ingredients are properly recorded.
✓ Ensure any deviations are properly recorded.
✓ Collaborate with other managers for recipe adjustments to reduce costs, increase quality, or adapt to better industrial conditions.
✓ Report produced quantities with an objective of minimizing losses.
✓ Ensure proper packing of all products according to company standards.
✓ Report packed quantities per reference and transfer to order preparation team with an objective of minimizing losses.

✓ Monitor spare parts for factory equipment.
✓ Monitor energy consumption (electricity, water, steam, air compressor, coal) for daily production and update on Excel table, reporting to Factory Manager.
✓ Prepare and follow up the preventive maintenance schedule weekly, monthly, quarterly for baked bean line and utility equipment, especially for seamer.
✓ Train technicians for detailed skills and implementation of preventive maintenance of seamer equipment.
✓ Participate in objective setting, plan development, and performance review of maintenance personnel.
✓ Follow up on GMP/HACCP and hygiene standards during maintenance of equipment in production areas.
✓ Manage and control daily boiler operations to supply efficient steam for baked bean line.
✓ Assign and direct work, appraise performance, reward and discipline technicians, and address complaints and resolve problems.
✓ Ensure safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures in the maintenance department.
✓ Implement continuous improvement of equipment and lines to reduce downtime and increase line speed: sauce filler, cooking pot.
✓ Source contractors and suppliers for factory projects and new equipment. Follow, monitor, and supervise projects from start to commissioning.
✓ Manage all projects in the company.
