– **From 1997 to 2008:** Worked for Vina as a QC Outside testing quality from A to Z in the outsourcing units.
– **From 2009 to 2020:** Worked for Representative Office of SOUTH ISLAND GARMENT as a QC Outside.

**Job Description:**
– When receiving QRS samples, check and deploy to factories, check sew chart QRS to know if handtag is yellow or blue.
– If handtag is yellow, give it to Nike review.
– If handtag is blue, give it to CFA review.
– Check if the accessories chart is enough, follow up the sample garment factory.
– QRS finished factory QA check. If reviewed, give to CFA to check sew structure and specs.
– If there is nothing wrong, then send to Nike buyers review.
– Within 7 days, buyers send comments, factory proceeds cutting.
– Follow up production plan the factory sent.
– Update production progress report daily.
– Start on production, factory makes 3 color tables for review; CFA keeps one and factory keeps two.
– When reviewing color table, must have reviewed samples of MQP, BOM, PO, JSBREAKDOWN.
– When checking C & C labels hang tags, UPC, export to the countries following: USA, AAO, EMEA, APA, use Nike connect to check information, update production progress daily.
– When the first product is produced, must inline.
– Give inline report to factory.
– Review packing procedure, check cartons, follow up lines from the first stage to the last stage.
– Check mail daily.
– Follow up information from customers, inline twice daily (9 a.m. and 2 p.m.).
– In inline process, follow reviewed sample and reviewed color table, director inline report, Chief Technician, Line technician, QA team leader, and sign.
– The following day, inline. See if the factory has improved.
– If the factory hasn’t improved the mistakes advised, take photos of them and send email to the Board of Directors, and send to office to find solutions to problems.
– In daily production process, if problems arise, I can solve problems quickly for the factory to ensure timely output progress.
– Early in the week, open mails to check FA schedule Merchandiser sends, can make final inspection follow AQL 2.0.
– Daily report FA to the office.
