Job Duties:
– Build and Develop Sales Team:
– Built a plan for organization of personnel in the area in charge of the work and description of work for employees according to the development plan of the company.
– Coordinate HR Department to recruit staff according to organizational structure in the area. Train and train sales team, delivery.
– Targets for employees. Organization and implementation of weekly working plans, months. Supervise, inspect and expedite employees in the area of work every day. Assessment of work results of employees.
– Complete Sales Goals:
– Reasonable allocation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for sales staff.
– To organize transactions with customers and to carry out procedures for sale and handling of issues arising in the sale process.
