– Set up and update RSL policy annual year & implement for all factories (China & Vietnam)
– Control RSL, CPSIA & GB test compliance for all materials & order production of all factories in China & Viet Nam.
– Factory Lab testing control includes developing & updating the KSGB’s physical properties method & standard policy for all materials & FGT.
– Audit all labs of suppliers and factories before manufacturing for the brand and annual audit to ensure production meets the brand standard.
– Audit process of factory & supplier before manufacturing for the brand. Supporting the improvement if any problem affecting to the product.
– Bonding process control includes setting & monitoring the bonding operation standard to ensure KSGB quality standard.
– Working with 3rd party for initial & annual compliance audit like Social & security audit and supporting factory to make the CAP and improve all finding.
– Trial new material and set up process and standard for new material. Work with supplier when the material has the problem.
– Work with all 3rd party for all physical & chemicals testing & price in Vietnam & China.

– Experience:
– Developing the Shoefabrik Compounds for the sole components (Rubber; EVA; CMP) for all brand Viking, On-running, ViVO, Helly Hansen, Arkk.
– Managing chemical issues troubleshooting for all stage from development stage to mass production.
– Bonding process set up for new model for all brand for all stage.
– SOP set up for the requested areas of production process, assembly line, etc.
– Tracking, check and make sure all items test for new raw material and new formula follow the standard Shoefabrik and all brand.
– Trial new material (Nosew, Bio-material, Bio Plastic, Bio Ink, ..), new formula and make sure all tests are qualified before using in mass production.
– Setting up process and SOP for new material after trial & test finish.
– Supporting for factory when run mass production to make sure have no any problem.
– Laboratory testing:
– Test all of new material: Textile, Synthetic, PU coating, Leather, Lace, Webbing, bottom (Midsole, Outsole, EVA, TPU, ..),…. follow Shoefabrik spec and spec of each brand.
– Test finish shoe as Bonding, Flexing, Washing, Aging, Hydroxy, UV light, of for each stage of all brand.
– Recording, checking and analyzing data.
– Develop and implement new testing method and regulatory requirements.
– Provide technical advice on new test capability development for factory and supplier.
– Make report and discussion with the relevant department if test result fail.

– Setting new process for shoe soles production (IP, Cold shot (TPR), DMP, PU, painting, Rubber, EVA, TPU,…) or new quality checking process as required.
– Tracking New machine(process) running change and making report.
– Trials for all chemical, relevant components (stockfiting, painting, no-sew pressing, assembly).
– Tracking the shoe soles process and cooperate with other related division or vendor to solve the problems.
– Working with supplier when have issue about cement, primer, material.
– Collaborate with team members in the use of SOP, PFC, trial plan, lab testing, cycle time, BPFC, best practice, … whole information about the shoe creation processes.
