Duties:
– Understanding the daily activities within Accounting Department; Business cycles (budget preparation, revenue, cost management and accumulation,…); cross-functional operations to assess internal control risk.
– Performing testing the design and effectiveness of business system controls; evaluating the effects of deficiencies in internal control system.
– Deep analyzing the financial position from Company level to Group level comprises of:
– Verifying the indicators affecting revenue and cost structure
– Making variance analysis of accounts to identify the reasons
– Analyzing Assets/Resources structure, Financial ratios
– Cash flow analysis on monthly/quarterly/annually basis
– Building the audit strategy and audit plan; carrying out detailed audit procedures for each item of financial statements; preparing audited financial statement/Group’s package in accordance to IFRS/VAS.
– Performing compliance testing on the financial regulation, assuring the approval of budget/expenses.
– Prepare budget, scheduling, deep analysis of the financial position and performance.
– Coordinate with the Subsidiaries (for consolidated auditing) to identify the outstanding issues and propose appropriate resolutions with detailed action plan to ensure the financial figures of Subsidiaries and the Group are properly presented.
– Tax and Accounting Consulting; giving recommendations on business process, internal control, finance issues to enhance the effectiveness of the entity’s operation. Dealing with executives.
