– **JFE Shoji Viet Nam**
– Take main responsibility for upgrading ISO 9001, 14001 version 2015 for the whole company.
– Prepare, distribute, update, and control documents and records of ISO 9001 & 14001 system for the whole company.
– Responsible for internal audits in the company.
– Audit suppliers periodically.
– Reciprocal audits from customers, follow up on actions to improve non-conformities.
– Answer customer claims/complaints.
– Summarize customer claims monthly and annually.
– Manage measuring tools of the factory, calibration & verification periodically.
– Analyze and investigate root causes from complaints and claims of customers.
– Control and follow goods on the line, on-the-job training.
