– Maintain and update employee records on CRM software and SuccessFactors
– Prepare the procedures of HR conduction and contract for onboard employees
– Assist to look for CVs for staff positions via social media and university channels
– Answer and support any employee queries about HR-related issues
– Arrange any business trips and visa for all departments
– Provide payroll department to update about leave days of employees for salary and social insurance
