SUMMARY QUALIFICATIONS
Projects Achieved Recently:
• Kaizen Lubrication Unit, reduce maintenance time and checking time of worker.
• Combine with Factory Side to establish “Balance Line”, “Time Chart”.
• Combine Machine by Automatic Pickup Product, reduce headcount from 1 worker/machine to 1 worker/2 machines, reduced 15 workers in a group of 70 workers. This project received a prize in the whole group; many factories came to visit to study. Next step, combine 03 machines without any operator, from Cutting – Grinding – Punching – Tempering.
• Applied One Piece Flow to reduce lead time, increase productivity by using sensing conveyor and compact machine. Productivity increased from 39 pcs/hr to 70 pcs/hr.
• Designed and made Auto Slide Up/Down Cover for Surface Grinding Machine and Internal Grinding Machine to prevent accidents for workers.
EDUCATION
• From 1990, studied at Cao Thang Technology School, subject is Sand Mold and Mechanic Processing. Graduated in 1993.
• Continued study at University of Technology and graduated in 1995.

Personal Favorite:
• Watching action movies, especially movies about Science Fiction, Robots, or journeys to distant planets on oddly shaped ships.
• Listening to music. Setup all kinds of audio components: CD/DVD – EQ – Amplifier – Speaker. Listen -> Adjust/Change -> Listen.
• Smartphone can support for working and entertainment.
