1. Organize and structure the HR to best serve the production and strategies of Company, make
annual, quarterly and monthly plans for recruitment, training and development of the human resources.
2. Responsible for the recruitment and introduction of new employees, ensuring at all times the most
efficient processes are used to reduce mis-hires and recruitment costs.
3. Ensure the Human Resource Database and Directory are up to date and accurate at all times, and
that employee files on the intranet are uploaded and fully complete.
4. Closely connect with all of the departments to build a career development program for Company’s
employees. Support other depts with personnel mgnt:
recruiting, training, administration, work
performance evaluation, discipline, commend and reward…and be the bridge between the BOD and the
employees.
5. Collect data from all depts abt the employees’ performance evaluation and their compliance with
company’s rules and regulations to make a base for commend and reward as well as discipline monthly,
quarterly and annually.
6. Build a reasonable salary table according to current law’s regulations, prepare monthly payroll in a
timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all salaries are accurately calculated
7. Be responsible for the wage and bonus policy, the incentives and promotion to encourage
employee’s willing to work, improve overall employee satisfaction and reduce employee turnover,
implement the right for compensation, benefits and insurance of employees.
8. Build and propose the company’s organizational structure and operational system to the BOD.
Study, compose and propose the rules and regulations, processes, policy (labour regulations, labour
collective agreement…) which follow the current law to be implemented within the company, then submit
for approval to the authorized government agency. Mornitor those rules and regulations’s compliance
within the company.
9. Build the terms and conditions related to the usage of fixed assets, equipments of the company.
10. Develop a plan and organize, supervise the implementation of security, labour safety, labour
health and fire prevention.
11. Do the internal marketing about the company’s organization,
activities
, plans, programs,
regulations, policy to increase the employees’ legal awareness and spirit life as well as make them have a
strong connection to the company for long term working.
12. Organize and carry out all the administrative work associated with HRM and at the request of the
Board of Directors
13. If there is any dispute, solve the problem in a fast, timely and satisfactory manner inaccordance
with the current law, ensure the normal production of the Company.
14. Build up reasonable HR budget and closely monitor HR budget.

1. Compensation & Benefits
• Payroll:
• Process monthly payroll for all employees.
• Responsible for related compensation issues such as Annual Salary Increase,
Bonus, other special payment, i.e. commission, gasoline allowance, vehicle
allowance, mobile phone reimbursement.
• Salary deduction in case of leave without pay.
• Deduction on Personal income tax, Social Security Fund and submits all
related reports to the Revenue & Social Security Departments and the
authorized bank.
• Benefits:
• Keeps update on benefits provided for employees, by job rank and file, by
business unit.
• Coordinates with related benefits issue; i.e., medical insurance, annual medical
check, benefits claim for the concerned employees both through insurance

• Circulates training documents to all concerned managers.
• Records training courses, period of attendance and cost in employee’s
