**Duties and Responsibilities:**
– Knowledgeable about Cold Rolling processes.
– Conduct periodic audits of QMS and EMS.
– Develop FMEA, Control Plans, and Flow Charts.
– Prepare productivity reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
– Create working standards for PL, TCM, ARP sections of PCM department.
– Lead PL Entry Handling Time project to enhance productivity.
– Implement Welder’s project to reduce Welding Point breakage and handling time delays.
– Analyze Yield Ratio monthly and implement improvements to reduce scrap cutting at PCM.
