• In charge of the recruitment team to ensure the amount and qualification of candidates for 13 branches (Hanoi, Hai Phong, Danang) such as the back office positions, Center Manager, teachers, and sale staff
• Building yearly and monthly recruitment plans for the north
• Working with the marketing department to develop and run several recruitment campaigns such as Facebook and job fairs to build the candidate databases
• Conduct the first round of interviews and select the shortlisted candidates for the center
• Making monthly and yearly reports to head office

• In charge of the recruitment team to ensure the amount and qualification of teachers for 16 centers and 7 schools (Pre K-12) such as English teachers (Vietnamese and Native speakers), Subject Teachers for Both programs – Cambridge (IGCSE; A Level) and AP (Math, Science, Global Perspectives, Business,…)
• Working with Marketing Department to build and run several recruitment campaigns such as job fairs in Thailand
• Researching and working with several US/UK recruitment agencies for Principal or Head of School Positions
• Giving, demonstrating, and supporting the procedures of work permit and TRC
• Working with HRD to build and update the labor contracts with foreign teachers
