● KINH NGHIỆM LÀM VIỆC

○ Arksun Vietnam JSC

• Merchandiser Assistant
○ Order trims in local
○ Follow status of raw & sub-material. If any problem, report to merchandiser immediately & recommend solution.
○ Make packing list for imported goods.
○ Make packing list for each style of garment and send to factory.
○ Other jobs divided by merchandiser.

• Merchandiser
○ Receive & proceed to develop new product based on customers’ request.
○ Follow up making samples (include develop & bulk samples).
○ Contact with pattern & technical department to take raw & sub-material consumption for each production code. Order raw & sub-material domestic & overseas.
○ Take quotation for raw & sub-material from domestic & overseas suppliers, negotiate with them to get good price as well as good quality for customers’ product.
○ Find suppliers for new raw & sub-material if needed.
○ Find processing company if needed.
○ Follow production of garment in fact and handle arising problem in the production process.
○ Confirm quantity, price, after receiving order, follow order’s status & cooperate with logistic department to import material & export product.
○ Prepare document for accountant to make payment.
○ Follow & handle issues regarding to produce garment, processing directly as well as exporting product to customers.

○ Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm máy tính:
• Microsoft Office Word
• Microsoft Office Excel
• Internet cho văn phòng

○ Làm việc độc lập hoặc theo nhóm.

○ Chịu được áp lực công việc cao.

○ Tổ chức và giải quyết tình huống tốt.

○ Thích nghi với môi trường mới dễ dàng.

○ Chính xác, cẩn thận và trung thực.

○ Có trách nhiệm cao với công việc.
