○ Thành Gia Phát

• In charge of the Finance and Accounting Department
• Develop processes, regulations and forms for the Finance and Accounting Department
• Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly plans for the Finance and Accounting Department
• Check and control payments (debts, expenses) before submitting to the Leader
• Monitor receivables, payables, handle bad receivables
• Take control of salary costs
• Prepare and report weekly, monthly, quarterly, project cost report at the end, quarterly report to the Board of Directors
• Prepare and report on personnel evaluation of the Finance and Accounting Department and report to the Board of Directors
• Check and check the printing, storage of accounting documents
• Working with partners: Contractors, Banks, Taxes
• Coordinate with other departments of the Company to implement the plans and projects of the Company
• Advising leaders in the field of accounting and cost management

○ Tân Long

• Directly reporting to the Board of Directors on professional content on accounting, finance, auditing, and risk assessment for internal management purposes
• Controlling internal management reports within the Group including: Sales report, Inventory balance report, Sales expense report, Receivable balance report, Accounts payable report, Cash flow balance plan report
• Compare and check compliance with regulations within the Group and between departments
• Performing audits, inspections at Branches and Subsidiaries
• Control all transaction documents in the Group

○ Vinpearl

• Report directly to the Chief Accountant and the Board of Directors of the Company on the entire tax segment of the Company and more than 25 branches nationwide
• Develop policies to manage internal systems for high-risk activities

○ Deloitte

• Researching and consulting with the Leaders on matters related to tax laws and policies
• Consulting customers for tax incentives
• VAT refund
• Support other departments
• Work directly with tax authority
