WORKING EXPERIENCE
**Mar 2014 – Now: SKF Viet Nam Ltd as HR Assistant Manager**
**C&B**
– Monitor the Payroll, C&B processing for all staffs and Outsourcing staffs
– Ensure Company’s compensation and benefit in accordance with established policies
– Assist HR Manager in forming HR budget annually and salary review every year
– Implement compensation and benefit structure, bonus schemes and retention strategies
– Review and propose annual HR budget and work closely with line manager in controlling labor cost within approved budget
– Report Dependants to Tax Dept for PIT reduction
– Work in close collaboration with Financial & Accounting Dept to complete PIT Finalization yearly and social legal issues as well as Mercer’s Yearly Salary Survey
– Handle procedures to submit monthly reports to the SI Dept

**Recruitment**
