– From Jan 2017 to now: Working for Aureumaex Precision Plastics as HR – Admin Staff. The company is invested from Malaysia and produces plastic covers.
– HR Tasks:
– Key in attendance records, manage leave days of employees, follow up annual leave, key in leave form at the end of the month to Excel and software for payroll.
– Manage time attendance for all employees in the factory.
– In charge of Social Insurance: Prepare increment reports and close SI books for employees, solve other matters related to Social Insurance, distribute health insurance cards, claim for health insurance, and make SHUI reports to pay social insurance premiums monthly.
