WORK EXPERIENCE

– As Payable Accountant:
1. Check payment documents of HVBVT (including invoices, purchase orders and good received notes) to ensure compliance with company policy, MOA and preparation PV for bankers to proceed payment.
2. Check all invoices from inter-companies and get proper approval for payment to inter-companies.
3. Calculation Interco overdue interest and issue invoices back charge to inter-companies.
4. Issue sale invoices of Scrap, spent grains, miscellaneous to customers.
5. Monitor AP aging to ensure payment made on time.
6. Reconcile between Account Payable subsidiary and General Ledger.
7. Check outstanding payment and perform the reconciliation between Company and suppliers’/inter-companies’ statement accounts for the payment control.
8. Accrue expenses, allocation prepayment expenses.
9. Invoices usage report, BCS report, support production departments.
10. Reject request for payment if not complied with regulation and policy.
– As Fixed Asset Accountant:
1. Create project accounts in the accounting system (if any new projects).
2. Follow project extension:
– Maintain project-related records.
– Review all of cost related to project to ensure compliance with company policy & tax regular.
– Monthly report to management details of project.
– Reconcile account monthly & close out project accounts upon project completion.
3. Checking Capex and Disposal raised by departments (price, quantity…) to ensure the transactions are within budget, complied with company’s policy and have good financial return.
4. Updating to the system status of fixed assets/deferred assets (addition, transfer, disposal, depreciation …) based on proper supporting documents.
5. Performing depreciation journal and other adjustments/transfers of fixed assets monthly for general ledger book.
6. Making reports on Capex status (opened, approved, closed) and works in progress in order to manage company’s fixed assets efficiently.
7. Performing fixed assets tagging and sighting periodically and preparing fixed assets reconciliation when needed.
8. Require other department to complete the CAPEX and Disposal procedures and turn down uncomplete forms, handle FA in condition of lack historical documents.

5. Report AP balance at the month end & yearend.
6. Checking & confirm the outstanding balance with vendors.
7. To calculate the rebate for purchase volume base on SAP data.
8. To record Other income & deduct from AP with vendors.

1. Daily: Check cash in/out at bank & compare with SAP System, record cash in from Bank into SAP.
2. Month end: Do reconcile all bank account (compare statement with system).
3. Follow JCB card transaction: daily checking & reconcile with Bank & system, to do reconcile with JCB Company then issue Debit note to collect the services fee.
