Main Responsibilities:
1. GA & HR Tasks:
– Monitoring of day-to-day GA & HR activities in the company.
– Implement all procedures related to foreign employees such as:
– Work permit, temporary residence card, visa extension, etc.
– Manage human resources such as recruitment, labor relation solving, etc.

4. Accounting Tasks:
– Prepare budgets for both Rep Office and Company (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
– Handle facilities payments (electricity, office phones, mobile phones, business fees, air tickets, etc.).

5. Marketing & Sales Support:
– Support sales team with all administrative work such as controlling business fees, invoicing, checking all salesmen’s payment requests, and processing payments.
– Follow up on sales orders (pricing, quantity, delivery, documents, payment, etc.).
– Arrange meetings with customers and accompany Overseas Sales Director to meet customers.
– Conduct data research.
– Perform other tasks required by Sales Director.
