Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. **Personal Assistant to CEO**
– Coordinate a variety of projects and programs for CEO and investment team
– Manage daily activities of CEO (calendar, meetings, business travels, events, etc.)
– Compose and manage documents (minutes, reports, correspondence, etc.)
– Control CEO budget
– Collect and reimburse invoices, expenses, and deposits
– Support CEO’s family

2. **Office Management – Office Assistant Manager**
– Maintain office standards and etiquette
– Ensure compliance of office procedures
– Select and work with office suppliers
– Oversee inventory and order office equipment
– Manage petty cash and reimburse office expenses

3. **HR Support to HR Manager**
– Organize training, staff orientation, and candidate interviews
– Plan company events (year-end party, company trip, etc.)
– Update staff and candidate database
– Ensure compliance with dress code and company profile

**Projects**
– External Projects: Advertising campaigns, charity events, collaboration with hospitals
– Internal Projects: Staff uniform project, internal magazine design

**Monthly Reports**
– Prepare reports for Finance, HR, and Marketing Departments

– Monitor travel schedules and organize team events
