– Logistic Damage of Container:
– Import:
+ Update RLCN (Release to Consignee Full) on system:
– The customer receives container (Full cargoes) and after return at depot with empty container – update RCCN (Receive Empty from Customer).
– If container returned at depot with high damage, depot sends email with details of damage container.
– Inform manager LOG INDIA to approve repair cost.
– Send email to the customer with details and photos of damage for payment of repair cost.
+ End of Month:
– Follow and pay all repair costs of container of BLPL with depot Greenlog, Cat Lai port, depot ICD Phuoc Long 1, storage charge – power plug (container 40’RF).
– Work with logistic team to improve skills and apply experience for company’s growth.
– Export:
+ Release booking to the customer.
+ Send pre-alert to the port transit INDIA, SINGAPORE.
+ Update RLSH on system (Release Laden to Shipper).
+ Support customer pick up empty container at depot Greenlog, ICD Phuoc Long 1, Cat Lai (update RCFL).
+ If customer picks up container with no damage but later finds high damage, contact employee reefer Cat Lai for photos and inform manager LOG team INDIA.
+ Update LFUL (Load FULL) departed vessel.
+ Send TDR to document team SINGAPORE or MYPKG (INDIA).
