– Develop Sales Priorities/Targets (Volume/Price) and Business Plan for Assigned Trade Lanes.
– Plan and Conduct Joint Sales Calls in Collaboration with All Company Sales Channels, Including Face-to-Face Meetings with Customers and Developing a Robust Pipeline to Meet Budget and Trade Lane Strategy.

2. Key Account Management & Business Development (50%):
– Manage Relationship of a Defined Number of Global and Strategic Customers (Major Accounts: MGL, GAP, Totes, Apollo, II-VI and Elematec) and Prospects in a Particular Sector.
– Ensure that Key Account Activities are Aligned with Global/Regional Sector Strategy.
– Drive the RFQ/Periodic Bidding Response for Assigned Strategic Customer(s).
– Forecast & Consider All Expected Risks/Issues/Problems and Awareness to Customers of New Projects to Diminish Company’s Damage and Loss to the Minimum.
– Create, Distribute, and Maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) in Collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
– Monitor All Vendors and Customers’ Accounts for Timely Payments and Assist with Collections on Past Due Invoices.
3. Station’s Power User (20%):
– Communicate with IT and HQ System Management Teams to Minimize Conflicts and Solve Problems from End-Users Related to Internal System/VIP System.
– Assist the IT & HQ System Management Teams During Testing Process to Discover Errors and Issues in Business Process.
– Participate in Regularly Scheduled Power-User Meetings, Upgrade Testing, Optimization, and Other Activities.
