– Make reports as well as operation reports periodically by week, month, quarter, year.

– Planning ahead budget for all the building’s next week expenses at the end of week.
– Collect bills & invoices every month-end. Make report.
– Follow all the monthly payment of suppliers and internal building service (cleaner, security, etc).
– Follow and collect all VAT invoices of all services: air tickets, drinks, maintenance, etc.

– Prepare legal documents, submit tax declaration, notarize office, make report, make criminal record, etc.
– Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
– Report, data entry (income reports, sales figures, property listings, etc).
– Maintain office working status: repair office supply & equipment, wifi, air-condition, electric, etc.
– Supplier Payment, deal, contract & contact.
– Act as a point of contact with IT & printer support, internet, building management, etc.
