– Worked at Holcim VietNam with position of Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Diesel Engine Power Plant Department, 41 MVA
– Responsibility:

– Setup and monitor maintenance schedule for M&E equipments in building such as:
– HVAC system (chiller, cooling tower, water pump, FCU, AHU, ventilation fan)
– Fire alarm and fire fighting system
– Power supply system (transformer, main switch board)
– Generator, ATS, power factor correction, lighting system, lifting, waste water treatment system, domestic water system, camera, barrier, BMS

– Ensure all department’s staffs adhere to the safety policies and procedures
– Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation
– Setup the yearly preventive maintenance program following required time of equipment’s manufacturer
– Coordinate with Production Planner for preventive maintenance tasks
– Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance (mechanical and electrical) in printing plant
– Ensure equipment operates continuously, minimize machine downtime and maximize line efficiency
– Carry out inspections of the facilities regularly to identify and resolve issues
– Repair unplanned damage occurred in the production process
