OBJECTIVE
To be a good staff and to get on well with everyone in company; be able to solve issues at working area. For

Main duties:
☻ Monitor work area to ensure productivity and quality, report directly to Production manager
☻ Have knowledge about PDCA, Lean – 6Sigma, FMEA
☻ Follow and report on production, ship schedule, WIP, product movement
☻ Have knowledge about SMT, PCB, PCBA
☻ Prepare for NPI such as BOM, WI, or relevant things
☻ Investigation the cause of problem in order to come up with the countermeasure
☻ Be able to use Tools such as 5Whys, 8D, SPC
☻ Be responsible for Shipment products, ECO
☻ Be responsible for Operator’s timecard approval , Overtime by Kronos
