1. HR strategic roles:
– Support HRM to develop and implement long-term HR strategy and action plan for
staff recruitment, performance evaluation, salary structure, compensation,
headcount planning, salary budget, job description in line with the company’s
overall strategy and labor law compliance
– Business partner:
Proactively establish strong working relationship with heads of
department and other colleagues, seek to understand employee relations in the
organization, their impact on employees and provide information as well as
recommendations to HRM. Support heads of department by providing human
resources advices and decisions, analyzing information and report to HRM
regularly.
2. Recruitment
– Manage recruitment team:
Train, supervise, assess recruitment executives’ work
performance to ensure the consistency and efficiency of recruitment team, ensure
the recruitment team has good support and coordination to relevant functional
team in HR Department as well as with other departments.
– Make annual plan and budget for recruitment

– Maximize all recruitment channels such as online websites, universities, social
recruiting, internal/external recruitment channels… Propose and use reasonable

3. Labor relations:
– Advice and guide employees on HR policies and programs including staffing,
compensation, benefits, employee relations, health and safety.
– Be a connection between the staff and HOD to adopt staff’s reflections and
contributions in order to help HOD and BOD strengthen the programs and policies
in accordance with the aspirations and expectations of employees.
